The staff were hospitable and extremely friendly all the time. the location for Phoenix was good and unbeatable, very close to the conference center as well as many stores around. - Main attractions such as Cortez Park were just 2 miles from this hotel.

The suite was newly remodelled, had pleasant views. A microwave and a refrigerator were a nice touch. Thanks to a good service I had a pleasant stay. The pool was very clean and there was a spa too. The location was favourable - not far from the two stadiums, and Phoenix on business.
